Father’s Day

In less than three weeks – on June 23, we will celebrate Father’s Day in Poland. This is a special day to express our gratitude and love to dads for their care, support and concern.
In Poland, the celebration of Father’s Day has a long history. The idea for the holiday appeared as early as the 1930s, but it was not officially established until 1965. Since then, June 23 has become a day when Poles make wishes, give their fathers gifts and spend time together.
However, not everyone has the pleasure of celebrating Father’s Day with their father. For some people, it can be a difficult day, especially with the loss of a father or a relationship that is not the best. In such cases, it is worth remembering that Father’s Day can also be a time to reflect on our family relationships and a chance to build new bonds.

On the occasion of the celebration, it is worth emphasizing the importance of the father’s role in the lives of his children. They are the ones who not only provide support and guidance during difficult times, but also act as role models.
So I encourage you to celebrate this day in a special way, not only by giving gifts, but also by spending time together, sharing memories and appreciating the value of family ties.
