Warm drinks for cold days!
Winter is coming! The time of frosty days and long, cold evenings. This is the best time to spend looong hours with an absorbing book or watch an interesting movie. To make this time more enjoyable and to warm up, it is best to prepare something delicious. How about a drink? Today I will give you some suggestions that you absolutely must try this winter! ☕
First of all, tea! Probably you are thinking – boring! But this is not true. Add to your favourite black tea an orange slice1, cinnamon, ginger2 and some cloves3. This will give the tea an aroma4 and flavor5. You will definitely try it more than just once!
Autumn and winter is the time of colds. So, now something for people who often get sick – a drink for immunity6 and colds. Prepare warm water. Add lemon juice, ginger and turmeric7. Turmeric is the most important ingredient, for it has anti-inflammatory properties8, so you can’t forget about it! Finally, add honey and you’re done!
Now it’s time for hot chocolate! It could not be missed! It is the favourite dessert of many people and you can prepare it by yourself at home! Use dark or milk chocolate – depending on whether you want your chocolate to be sweeter or not. Heat 250 milliliters of the milk with 30% cream and add 200 grams crushed bars of chocolate. Then pour9 it into a mug. You can decorate it with cocoa. And a chocolate dessert and it is ready!
