Strength training

Strength training is the best form of activity you can give yourself. It improves absolutely everything for the better – we are faster, stronger, healthier and fitter. But most of all, it improves our mental health. Studies show that training at home or at the gym reduces the symptoms of mental malaise. Since I work as a personal trainer, and I am an athlete myself, I can definitely say that strength training is absolutely necessary to prevent injuries and achieve better results in sports (and in life overall). Many people ask themselves how to start. I think it’s better to ask – how to persevere? And the answer is very simple – regularity and discipline. You don’t need much, you can train even in your room without equipment, or using resistance bands. Two strength training sessions a week are enough for you to see results after a month. Strength training is not difficult, just start and regularly implement your plan, even in small steps – you will see a positive change, I guarantee.

 

An exemplary training plan that you can do on your own or at the gym twice a week does not have to include fancy exercises. All you need is only basic stuff, which can be found on the internet. And if you need consultations and help in selecting exercises and intensity, it is worth starting cooperation with a good trainer, even for a short period of time, so that the training brings even better and faster results.
