How to deal with stress

Hi everyone!

Today we will talk about stress before exams and how to deal with1 it. Do you think young people are under too much pressure2 to succeed in exams? I think so. Students want to get the best exam grades, so they spend a lot of time studying. Unfortunately, when the exam time starts, there is an exam almost every day. This makes it difficult to prepare for everything. Moreover, it makes the stress even worse because young people would like to have good grades, and they don’t have the time to prepare for all the subjects the way they want to. Many people try to get a scholarship3and for this they need a high average grade4. All this makes young people be under too much pressure to succeed in exams.

How do you deal with stress? I will show you some of my ways. To relax,   I usually go for a walk – alone or with my dog. I also like to ride a bike because it makes me calm. Listening to my favorite music also reduces my stress levels. And when the stress is really bad, I spend time with my friends. I can always count on5 their support and if I spend some time with them I feel better.

Do you usually get stressed before exams? How do you deal with it? I’d love to read about your ways.

See you!
